Of note : regarding Frank Rowlett and the Friedman Library Helms' nomination for the Rockefeller Public Service Award (5/11/1965), a letter of support to be written by Arthur Goldberg (5/11/1965), Dulles' reception of an honorary degree from Williams College (7/29/1965), Helms' receiving a signed copy of Dulles' book (9/14/1966), an upcoming speech by Helms for the Council on Foreign Relations (2/1/1967), and Helms sending a copy of "Great True Spy Stories" (1/25/1968).
