Norton & Company, New York (TLS dated 7/24/2002), expressing regret that the publisher would be unable to publish Richey's manuscript. Richey includes 6 color prints of his sailboat, "Jester" with autograph captions (verso). Richey also refers to his published writings on "Jester," which are extant in Folders 5:14, 5:16, 5:18, 5:21.
