Reference to being awarded the Jerusalem Prize (see Folder 4:34); and to the continued matter regarding the detention of UN employee Alicja Wesolowska. Reference also to receiving a telegram from Kurt Waldheim in response to Greene's of 1/13/1980 (see Folder 4:28) re Wesolowska. Greene includes a lengthy quotation of Waldheim's telegram here.
