1 Tms transcribed oral history interview with Eugenia McQuatters and Ella DeSchaub, covering their service with the Foreign Service and the Biddle family, 1939-40. Includes discussion of the evacuation of Ambassador Biddle and his staff following the Nazi-Soviet invasion of Poland in 1939 to Angers, France, where the Polish government set up operation in exile. Also covers McQuatters' and DeSchaub's continued association with the Biddle family.
