Scope and Contents

1 Autographed Letter Signed (in French) dated January 21, 1953 from Pierre Teilhard de Chardin to Adrienne Croissant following the installation of Dwight D. Eisenhower. He comments on the favorable progress of his work and on the unfavorable state of inter-racial relations in the US. He discusses his work on "Speciation, Cultruation, et Cerebration" being celebrated by Duhem from the Scientfic Revue. He praises the will power and generosity of the US amidst the international work and crisis (Post WWII).
