1 Autograph Manuscript, undated, from Henry Bartholomew Cox explaining his position on why the State v. West decision was flawed. Cox builds an argument around document collection practices in the public and private sector in England between the 14th and 18th centuries. This Manuscript is a rough draft of the document "Caveat Emptor: The Ownership of Public Documents" that appears in the 09/04/1978 issue of AB Bookman's Weekly magazine that is found in Box 2, Folder 58.
