1 Printed Article from John M. Taylor in the 06/06/1995 edition of the Wall Street Journal, referring to the case of the Hartranft Papers in Pennsylvania. The papers, of which a portion were donated temporarily to Gettysburg College by the descendants of Civil War Gen. John Hartranft, became the focus of a replevin action by Gettysburg College in the 1990s.
