1 Typed Letter Signed dated 07/04/1998 from Henry Bartholomew Cox to Sherri Reynolds, declining a request from Reynolds to appraise a manuscript that had been used as a record at a prison in Lorton, Virginia. Cox declined Reynolds' request because of the possibility the manuscript would be seized by public records officers. Attached to this Letter is a Typed Letter Signed dated 07/01/1998 from Reynolds to Cox, describing the book and asking for assistance in appraising it.
