1 Printed Article from the 05/25/1983 edition of Coin World, describing a plan by the General Services Administration to seek monetary damages from a Washington scrap paper dealer who acquired 700 volumes of Treasury Department records but sold them to a coin dealer instead of shredding them. Included with this Article is a second Printed Article (name and date of publication unknown) on the same issue. This Article also contains a handwritten note from Henry Bartholomew Cox providing a brief summary of the issue.
