1 Typed Letter Signed dated 10/05/1979 from Kenneth M. Olex, deputy attorney general, state of New Jersey, to Herbert Bernstein, initiating a replevin action on behalf of the New Jersey Bureau of Archives and History for three acts of the New Jersey colonial legislature. Included with this Letter are two additional documents: a Typed Letter (undated) from Bernstein to Olex, requesting a personal meeting to discuss the state's claim and in which Bernstein said he had received clearance to purchase the documents from state authorities; and a Typed Letter Signed dated 11/26/1979 from Joseph Rubinfine to Henry Bartholomew Cox, referring to the letters between Bernstein and Olex.
