Container Summary

1 Typed Letter Signed dated 07/28/1979 from Joseph Rubinfine to Kenneth M. Olex, deputy attorney general, state of New Jersey, notifying Olex that a letter signed by colonial Governor William Franklin, that Olex was claiming on behalf of the state of New Jersey was no longer in Rubinfine's possession. Rubinfine also asks Olex for clarification of four points surrounding the letter. This Letter refers to a letter from Olex dated 07/20/1979 that is contained in Box 2, Folder 67.
