1 Typed Letter dated 11/03/1978 from Henry Bartholomew Cox to Dennis Rowley, Archives and Manuscripts Curator, Harold B. Lee Library, Brigham Young University, discussing issues surrounding replevin including the need for organizations to adopt "a certain cooling of feelings" to develop better policies toward privately held public documents in the aftermath of the West case. Attached to this Letter is a Typed Signed Letter from Rowley to Cox dated 10/10/1978 in which Rowley asks Cox to provide legal citations and a description of the West case.
