1 Typed Letter dated 06/10/1978 from Henry Bartholomew Cox to Richard Maass, agreeing with Maass of the potential that Malcolm Forbes' involvement provides for a significant test replevin case. Cox also expresses his preference that Forbes initiate a test case on the grounds established by the West case by purchasing documents signed by William Hooper, or official North Carolina records.
