1 Typed Letter Signed dated 06/07/1978 from Richard Maass to Henry Bartholomew Cox, discussing publisher Malcolm Forbes' interest in establishing a test replevin case and whether the case, if pursued, would adversely affect the interests of document collectors. The proposed case would have dealt with a 1778 letter from John Penn that was presumed to be addressed to the governor of North Carolina. Maass makes an incorrect reference in the first paragraph of this letter to the West case, calling it the "E.C. West" case.
