1 Typed Letter Signed dated 05/12/1978 from Mary A. Benjamin to Henry Bartholomew Cox, notifying Cox that U.S. Sen. Mark O. Hatfield would support the Preyer bill on federal ownership of presidential documents, and not the Brademas/Ertel bill. Included with this letter is a Typed Letter Signed dated 05/08/1978 from Hatfield to Benjamin in which Hatfield agrees with Cox that the Preyer bill was better than the Brademas/Ertel bill and that Hatfield would support it.
