Chernofsky, Editor and Publisher, "Bookman's Weekly & Bookman's Yearbook" and "Antiquarian Bookman," to Henry Bartholomew Cox, thanking Cox for his help in describing the Preyer and Brademas/Ertel bills to manuscript collectors and dealers. Included with this Letter is a 17-page Manuscript titled "Narrative of the Proceedings Instituted in the Court of Common Pleas, against Mr. Thomas Rodd," dated 1845.
