1 Typed Letter dated 04/18/1978 from Henry Bartholomew Cox to Mary A. Benjamin, explaining differences between two presidential records bills in Congress sponsored by Rep. L. Richardson Preyer of North Carolina and Reps. John Brademas of Indiana and Allen Ertel of Pennsylvania. Cox also writes that he agreed with the staff of Preyer's congressional subcommittee that if Preyer's bill were to be enacted, manuscript collectors would likely have "no quibble" with the bill's provisions. This Letter refers to the Letter from Benjamin contained in Box 2, Folder 121.
