Container Summary
1 Typed Letter Signed dated 04/04/1978 from U.S. Rep. L. Richardson Preyer to Mary A. Benjamin, addressing concerns over a presidential records bill sponsored by Preyer that Benjamin outlined in her letter of 03/23/1978 to Preyer contained in Box 2, Folder 39. Preyer says his bill would address federal ownership of official presidential documents, not private papers, and that it would apply only to documents created on or after 01/21/1981.
