1 Typed Manuscript, undated, from Henry Bartholomew Cox expressing his dissatisfaction with recordkeeping and replevin practices by the state of North Carolina. While this manuscript is unsigned, its title of "Bitter Reflections" is composed in Cox's handwriting. The descriptions contained in the Manuscript also seem to refer to oral arguments before the Supreme Court of North Carolina in the West case, which the court heard on 03/09/1977. This Manuscript may also represent a draft of an article Cox referred to in his letter of 06/17/1977 to B.C. West contained in Box 2, Folder 1.
