Container Summary

1 Typed Letter Signed from John M. Taylor to Henry Bartholomew Cox, dated approximately 09/04/1995, asking Cox to read a draft chapter on autograph collecting before and after the West replevin case. Two documents are included with this letter: 1 Typed Manuscript titled "Chapter 10: A Setback in Court" discussing Manuscript Society activities in the 1970s and the West case; and 1 Typed Letter Signed from John M. Taylor to Henry Bartholomew Cox, dated 05/12/1995, referring to an earlier draft chapter on the same subject. The 05/12/1995 letter contains a note in Cox's handwriting indicating he returned the first draft chapter to Taylor.
