3 copies of a Printed Article by Henry Bartholomew Cox in The Collector No. 856 (1978), asserting the West case raised questions about replevin that were unclear and provided a "secret weapon" for archivists in obtaining historical documents from private hands. Two separate issues of The Collector, Nos. 855 (1977) and 857 (1978) are also included with these Articles; issue No. 855 contains a Printed Article by Mary A. Benjamin on the West case.
