Container Summary
1 Typed Letter from Henry Bartholomew Cox to B.C. West, Jr., dated 11/27/1976, describing the potential a state Supreme Court ruling on replevin could have on document collectors and dealers, as well as late 20th Century principles of replevin by government agencies and how those principles can conflict with archival practices. Cox also asks West for notice of when oral arguments will be held before the state Supreme Court so Cox can attend.
