2 copies of a Typed Manuscript (amicus curiae brief) from Henry Bartholomew Cox to the Supreme Court of North Carolina, dated 01/21/1977 outlining Cox's argument that the Supreme Court should reverse the decision by the North Carolina Court of Appeals in the N.C. v. West case. One manuscript copy contains a single loose page of material (located inside the front cover) in Cox's handwriting regarding legal principles and arguments surrounding title to government property when questions of intentional misconduct or government negligence arise.
