Person, Jr., 9th Circuit Court of Virginia (City of Williamsburg and James City County), settling the disputed possession of 81 documents held by bookstore owner Jack Hamilton. The documents were also claimed by the Virginia State Librarian, Middlesex County, Virginia, and the clerk of circuit court for Middlesex County.
