Herzog and Steven Carson, dated 10/19/2000, discussing Seth Kaller's and Stan Klos's withdrawal from the Klos case and Cox's withdrawal from the case as an expert witness. Three additional documents are attached to each copy of this letter: 1 Typed Letter dated 10/15/2000 from Henry Bartholomew Cox to Seth Kaller, describing replevin laws from the 1970s to the turn of the 21st Century and practices with regards to public records before the 19th Century; 1 Typed Letter dated 10/15/2000 from Seth Kaller to Henry Bartholomew Cox, Elliott L. Epstein, and Stan Klos, focusing on legal strategy in the Klos case while suggesting how to end the lawsuit; and 1 Typed Letter dated 10/17/2000 from Henry Bartholomew Cox to Kaller, Epstein, and Klos, announcing that Cox and the Manuscript Society would withdraw from the Klos case.
