Epstein to Henry Bartholomew Cox, proposing to designate Cox as an expert witness in the Klos case and outlining his suggested testimony at trial. Included with this letter are two copies of a typed unsigned document titled "Expert Designation" in which the expert testimony of Cox is presented and two copies of a typed, unsigned document titled "Changes, Additions, or Deletions to Elliott Epstein's letter of June 21, 2000" outlining suggested changes to the expert designation.
