Also includes his service as Advisor to the Iran military in Teheran, Iran, 1959-61; in Joint Planning with Iran, 1961-62; in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, 1962; at the National War College, 1963-69; with the National Security Council, 1969-75; with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, 1975-80; as US Representative to the International Energy Agency, 1981-82; as Under Secretary for Management at the State Department, 1981-83; and as US Representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency, 1981-82.
