1 TM's FAOH of an interview of Eddie Williams, conducted by Ambassador Ronald Palmer. This oral history contains information about Mr. Williams' time in the State Department in several positions from 1963-1968. It also includes his time at the University of Chicago (1968-1969), as well as at the Joint Center (1972). This oral history deals with the issues of affirmative action, racism, and black leadership in the State Department.
