Series 2 is comprised of correspondence between John L. Brown and his son John Halit Brown. Of particular note is the lengthy correspondence spanning 1995 to 1998 from John Halit Borwn to his father describing in detail events during the war in the former Yugoslavia while John Halit Brown held a U.S. diplomatic post in Belgrade. The correspondence is arranged in chronological order.
