Informing him that a third edition is being printed and wondering whether an American edition will be produced. Also, 1 Autograph Letter Signed dated 10/11/1899 from Phillpotts to "My dear Colles [probably a publisher]," 3 pages, expressing his hope that proofs will be sent soon and expressing satisfaction with "Folly and Fresh Air."
