Also, Autograph Letter Signed dated 4/6/1854 from Lord Palmerston to the Earl Fortescue, informing him that Queen Victoria approves of the promotion of Corent Newman to lieutenant in the Royal 1st Devon Yeomanry Cavalry; sent from Whitehall.
