Belloc, Hilaire. Autograph Letter Signed to "Dear Madam," 3 pages. Dated 3/16/1897. Providing the correspondent with the name of a translator (Toyer) and a publisher (Swann Sonnenstem), criticizing Emily Dickinson, and lamenting the fact that few Englishmen write well in French. Sent on University Club stationery.
