Container Summary

Copy of a statement by Stanley, then President of the International Economic Policy Association, for testimony before the House Committee on International Relations on "The European Political, Economic and Military Situation." He sent it to Warnke with a note that the Committee discussion centered "...on MBFR, despite my very brief treatment of it." Also, a copy of a letter acknowledging receipt sent by Mel Christopher during Warnke's absence in Moscow.
