Container Summary

Two sets of notes, connectable only by their subject matter. The first is a typescript page of two paragraphs with an added paragraph in Warnke's hand. It attempts to distinguish the case for intervention in Bosnia from the failed intervention in Vietnam. The second consists of three plus pages of notes in Warnke's hand that address a positive need for NATO to act. His final sentence "If Serbs or Croats don't like living with a Bosnian Gov that reflects a Muslim majority, they know where they can go."
