Container Summary

Memorandum from Frank J. Gaffney, president of the Center for Security Policy, inviting Warnke to participate in a filmed interview on Mutually Assured Destruction for its series America the Vulnerable. Gaffney had been an acting ASD/ISA in the Reagan administration. Also, dated one day before the interview, a facsimile list of proposed topics. The phrasing of the topics would have cued Warnke that he would be facing an interviewer of opposing, if not hostile, views.
