Four page typescript, lightly annotated in Warnke's hand, Nuclear Terrorism Threats and Responses. Warnke's opening remarks for a panel on Terrorism and Weapons of Mass Destruction.The text is the same as that for his presentation on the same topic at The George Washington University on April 30. See Warnke papers 18-5. The panel was held at the Cosmos Club in Washington, DC. Also, a manuscript postal card reminder of the event.
