Container Summary

Two page typescript amended in Warnke's hand, "Notes for Introduction of Ambassador Thomas Graham, Jr. and Ambassador Jayantha Dhanapala. Georgetown University Institute for the Study of Diplomacy. October 3, 1995." The ambassadors were to address their successful in obtaining the indefinite extension of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty at the Extension Conference held in May of 1995.
