Container Summary

Primarily notifications to the Board of Directors of the personnel and financial problems of the organization. But also, an inside view of the deliberative process of the group in responding to the 1990 Gulf War which was strongly favored by some of the membership and strongly opposed by others. Warnke, John Parachini, Adam Yarmolinsky, and Alice Tepper Martin all worked on harmonizing an organizational position. Also contains a fund raising letter dated Feb 27, 1991 and sent out under Warnke's name. Finally, another copy of Warnke's September 1992 resignation from the Board.
