Metzenbaum, former U.S. Senator, suggests that the organization, of which he was Chairman, be dissolved and its remaining assets transferred to the Consumer Federation of America. A letter (TLS) from Heather Booth, former Executive Director, expresses concurrance. A copy of a unanimous consent resolution of the Board of Governors to approve the action is attached. Warnke was a member and approved the action.
