Container Summary

Letter (PRN) from Howard M. Metzenbaum, former U.S. Senator, suggests that the organization, of which he was Chairman, be dissolved and its remaining assets transferred to the Consumer Federation of America. A letter (TLS) from Heather Booth, former Executive Director, expresses concurrance. A copy of a unanimous consent resolution of the Board of Governors to approve the action is attached. Warnke was a member and approved the action.
