Edward F. Snyder, Executive Secretary, sends two pages (TLS) of recommendations for the future work of ACDA. In particular he suggests that the Agency increase its research on the economic effects of disarmament so as to be in a better position when the "jobs" issue is raised in regard to defense spending cuts.
