He notes his anxiety as he waits on the outcome of his financial situation and also reports that he has not written to Gillig's American Exchange, one of his creditors, but that he has sent documents to America for the sale of his mortgages there. Reference to the "Spectator", the "Athenaeum", the "Nonconformist", the "Manchester Guardian", and the "Contemporary Review". Sent from Hastings, England.
