1 Autographed Letter Signed dated 04/02/1878 from Julian Hawthorne to Francis Bennoch written on black-bordered mourning paper quoting a letter received from his factor in New York William G. Peckham which describes his difficulties in settling Una Hawthorne's estate with George Parsons Lathrop's lawyers. Hawthorne informs Bennoch to reassure Russell Sturgis that his possessions are still subject to sale for the settlement of his debts. Reference to Myers & Warner Law Firm.
