5 pages of notes dated 5/24/1917 regarding an Operation referred to as GINGER labeled as "Secret" and including a map. The notes are written by F.B. Henson, Capt. Brigade Major 198 Infantry Brigade. The operation is to take place during the first week in June on Canal Right and will be carried out by the 2/4 East Lancs Regt. References to Leith Craters, Le Quesnoy, O.C. 2/9 Manchester Reat, O.C. 2/10 Manchester Reat, O.C. 2/4 East Lancs Reat, 199 Infantry Brigade, and 66 Division G.
