Reference to Louis Robertson-Fullerton, Hubert Van Zeller, and Christopher Butler. *from Richey's notes: "Dom Christopher quoted in the tirade...is Christopher Butler, later Headmaster and then Abbot and finally Auxiliary Bishop of Westminster. He was one of the more influential theologians at the second Vatican Council. He was a firm friend while I was at school and I had the wonderful experience of being in his Religious Instruction class."
