Container Summary
1 ALS from Cuthbert Druitt to his mother written from the H.M.S. Constance at Plymouth, England with reference to a disturbance in Jamaica. Druitt explains "they cannot wait for us to be repaired, so they are going to send out another frigate instead of us." He also refers to a "mutiny in the Mediterranean." Druitt writes, "I expect to be a midshipman about the middle of January." Reference also made to the Royal Adelaide.
