W. H. Harrison was encamped at . . . Ohio, Gen. Harrison requested the Crane, the then head chief of the Wyandot nation, to send a Deputation . . . to Brownstown in Michigan Territory . . . and there offer them terms of peace . . . . upon the condition that they withdraw from the service of the British Government . . . ." 8 pages.
