Of note: Douglas Aircraft Company report dated 1946 "Preliminary Design of an Experimental World-Circling Spaceship," U.S. Air Force report dated 1948 examining the possibility that flying saucers were Russian secret weapons, "The Anonymous Letter of August 7, 1943" sent to J. Edgar Hoover, and U.S. Air Force report dated 1948 regarding rocket sighting that may have been a Russian ICBM.
