Of interest: Typed Letter Signed dated 3/26/1991 from Lamphere to the FBI regarding Rudolph Abel, Typed Letter (Xerox Copy) dated 12/13/1940 from J. Edgar Hoover to Edwin Watson, enclosing a memo (retained) on information developed by an undercover FBI special agent assigned to the American Embassy in Moscow.
