Reference to James McKensie, the health of Fergusson's longtime acquaintance James Brown, a deed from John Robertson and Thomas Mundell who were executors of the late Alexander Hamilton (d. 1799) for the land in Rozers Refuge bought by Fergusson from Hamilton, John Glassford & Company, Walter Pye, John and James Carruthers & Company, David Carruthers & Company of London, Pat Wood, Findlay Bannalyne & Company of London, and Mountjoy Bailie[?].
