Mention of the ship "Elizabeth" which was to leave Baltimore, the German markets, preparing a vessel for Holland or Germany, the ship "Sally," Matthew Orr, a ship from the James River for Glasgow [Scotland], Rumay[?]'s vessel sailing from Alexandria [Virginia] for Rotterdam and touching at Falmouth [Virginia], Fergusson's brother, and Westmoreland Court [House?]. Sent from Dumfries, Virginia to Port Tobacco, Maryland.
